Our Team
SQS was founded in 2005.
After four years, the team has deep expertise and over 45 consultants, trainers and recruitment professionals.
The team is led by Dhiraj Mahato. Dhiraj, XLRI (1975), is the CEO. He has had 35 years of industrial experience in General Management and HR leadership roles in MNC and Indian companies. Before joining SQS, he was HR Head in ICI Paints.
Atanu Bhattacharya, Post Graduate in HR with over 17 years of wide ranging experience across sectors like Information Technology, Telecom, Pharma, Chemicals, Lubricants, Oil & Gas, Office Automation and Manufacturing. He has worked with organisations like Xerox, Bharti, NIIT, Jubiliant, Birlasoft, Siemens at leadership roles and handled Mergers and Acquisitions, Global HR interventions and Change Management apart from other responsibilities. Before joining SQS, he was Head – HR for Ashland & Valvoline in India and is currently a Director in the firm.
Kamlesh Vyas, B Tech (DCE), PGP (Staffordshire University, UK) and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur has over 17 years of professional experience with global firms like Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Watson Wyatt prior to joining SQS. He has served clients in India, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Bhutan & Sri Lanka.
The teams comprises of professionals offering HR consultancy services in visioning, organizational restructuring, competency & performance management systems, business performance improvement, talent management, training and compensation- variable pay plans and ESOP structuring. The team also has specialist consultants on HR systems, lead assessor on development centers.
The SQS trainers & facilitators specialize in soft skills like managerial and leadership skills, EQ, intercultural skills, business communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, teamwork, interviewing Skills, managing performance, best HR Practices, balance score card etc.
Many of the team members are visiting faculty at leading business schools while many others are certified ISO 9001:2000 lead auditors and certified in programs for the BPO sector.
