Our Team
SQS was founded by a team led by Kamlesh Vyas in 2005.
Kamlesh, B Tech (DCE) with PG education from Staffordshire University, UK and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur has about 15 years of experience in training and consulting around the globe including with companies like Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Watson Wyatt.
Today, after three years, the team has deep expertise and over 35 consultants and professionals.
The teams comprises of professionals offering HR consultancy services in visioning, organisational restructuring, competency & performance management systems, business performance improvement, talent management, training and compensation structuring. The team also has specialist consultants on HR systems, lead assessor on development centers.
The SQS trainer & facilitators specialize in Corporate Trainings of soft skills like managerial and leadership skills, EQ, intercultural skills, business communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, teamwork, interviewing Skills, managing performance, best HR Practices, balance score card etc.
Many of the team members are visiting faculty at leading business schools while many others are certified ISO 9001:2000 lead auditors and certified in programs for the BPO sector.
