Our Recruitment Process
  1. Pre-recruitment
    1. Understand Job Descriptions and Qualifying criteria from the client
    2. Prepare Interview Forms
  2. Recruitment Execution
    1. Receiving of CVs electronically/ search from the database and Prescreening based on specific parameters.
    2. Interview pre-screened candidates.
    3. Prepare shortlist of approximate 8-10 candidates per position
    4. Recommendations of three- candidates with profiles.
    5. Final Interviews and selection by the client

    Note: Reference Checks for the selected candidates. The references shall be done on predefined parameters.
